      Mahindra Navistar launches commercial vehicles line up targeting whole of India

      Following the confirmation made regarding the start of production, and eventually commencing the sales process last year, Mahindra Navistar Automotives Limited (MNAL) announced its commercial launch on 7th December, targeting the whole of India. MNAL has been successful in maintaining the required momentum in the recent times, unveiling their new offerings and bringing all-new HCVs after MN25m viz., the MN31, MN40 and MN25 Tipper. 

      Addressing the media on the occasion of the commercial launch by Mahindra Navistar, Dr. Pawan Goenka, Director, Mahindra Navistar Automotives Limited and President, Automotive & Farm Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said that the launch marks an important event in the history of Mahindra Navistar, as with it the company has achieved new highs.

      After selling in a few selected markets and subsequently giving rise to a vast service network of around 940 service points on strategic trucking routes, MNAL now aims to penetrate with much more intensity in the country. Currently, MNAL proves be dealing in the complete range of commercial vehicles with a service network that caters to the needs of customers all over India.

      Nalin Mehta, Managing Director, Mahindra Navistar Automotives Limited boasted about the unparalleled achievements of MNAL. He said that within a short span of one year, the company has sufficient market experience and customer responses, in order to effectively upgrade the performance, fuel economy and value quotient that its products carry.

      At present, MNAL is confident of terming the MN25, MN31, MN40, MN25 Tipper as MADE IN INDIA, MADE FOR INDIA vehicles. If things work according to the plans, models like the MN35, MN49, MN25 Heavy duty Tipper, used for mining, and various other variants would be brought out during the next financial year.

      Nalin Mehta further added that other than the large-scale commercial launch, the company has decided to introduce two latest customer-oriented initiatives which give a complete idea regarding the degree of trust it has on the service networks.

      The initiatives are namely, 48 hours on-road repair assurance and 4-years unlimited mileage warranty. It is important to note that these new benefits will efficiently lend complete support to customers, extend the uptime of the trucks as much as possible and therefore earn laurels in the form of customers' satisfaction and profit too.

      At present, MNAL is striving to expand its dealership network under the pan-India campaign, at various locations like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Jaipur, Nashik, Gorakhpur, Muzaffarpur, Bilaspur, Coimbatore, Chennai and Indore. In addition, Nellore, Vizag, Karimnagar, Tirunelveli, Hospet, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Kharagpur, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kozhikode, Pune, Salem, Vijayawada, Udaipur, Villupuram, Kolhapur and Bhubaneshwar are also there on the list.

      Moreover, Dehradun, Dhanbad, Gurgaon, Hubli, Jabalpur, Jalandhar, Jamshedpur, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Karnal, Madurai, New Delhi, Panvel, Purnia and Raipur have witnessed the setting up of dealerships. To do the icing on the cake, 50 new dealers are expected to be built in the coming 12 to 18 months, raising the total count to 100.

      Aiming to offer unconventional and dedicated after sales support, MNAL has been successful in setting up 940 service points across the country. Mahindra Navistar has pushed the efforts further by coming up with a Mobile service workshop.

      The first-of-its-kind facility welcomed by the Indian trucking industry operates with the objective of making its presence felt ‘anywhere, anytime’ as a part of its on-road assistance to customers. Multi-lingual, round the clock call centre being given the name ‘NOW’, is supervised by professional service experts.

      Counting on the electronic medium, Mahindra Navistar has introduced its first ever television commercial that is flashing all over India. The TVC is responsible for increasing the brand visibility, highlighting various keys areas of MNAL.
