In a bid to expand its stance in the Indian auto market for petrol powered cars, Maruti Suzuki India Limited has rolled out a limited edition version of highly popular hatchback, Wagon R Pro sporting exclusive features along with enticing body graphics. Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Pro is expected to be shelved at a price higher by Rs. 20,000 as compared to the already available third generation Wagon R.
This new rendition, Wagon R Pro will boast intricately styled body graphics, double-din music system with speakers and USB, seat covers, bumper protectors, side mouldings, fancy wheel covers and a rear upper spoiler. All these utility and convenience accessories are expected to be installed by the dedicated Maruti Suzuki dealerships across the country.
If a buyer decides to purchase these accessories from outside vendors, an amount equivalent to Rs. 30,000 will have to be parted with. But if the accessories are bought from the automaker, one needs to pay a plunged down amount of Rs. 20,000 as part of this limited period offer.
Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Pro has been tagged with a price of Rs. 4.45 lakh with an additional discount of Rs. 30,000 currently offered by the company on the currently available Wagon R in the Indian auto market.
The launch of this limited edition model has been initiated in a response to the falling demand for petrol cars, especially hatchbacks in India and with the inception of this new version of Wagon R, the automaker aims to score high sales for its petrol powered models in the current line-up.
