Car lovers and bike enthusiasts are in for big launches in the upcoming months. The car loving Indian population is all set for the launch of Mercedes-Benz B-Class facelift version, Benelli motorcycles and Hyundai i20 Active crossover.
The renowned car manufacturer, Mercedes-Benz is all set to launch the facelift version of B-Class on March 11. The car was first seen at the Paris Motor Show and is finally making it to the Indian car market. The vehicle gets renewed bumpers and LED daytime running lights. The interiors have been provided with some noteworthy upgrades like red stitching on the steering, metal inserts, and a carbon fibre dashboard. This car is one of the most successful models launched from the German car maker and it has launched around 350000 units after the launch of its second generation in 2011. It is expected that the new model will appeal to the younger population as well. Apart from the B-Class, the AMG trim is also in the pipeline.
Benelli, the Italian bike manufacturer, had revealed the five bikes it was about to launch, at the India Bike Week in Vagator, Goa. There was an announcement during the occasion that the manufacturer will launch the models on March 19. Bookings for the bikes have started on March 10 to cater to the enthusiasts. Benelli will initiate its presence with the models TNT 1130, TNT 899, TNT 600GT, TNT 600i and TNT 300.
Hyundai India is set to launch the new i20, which is the crossover variant of this car. Christened as the Hyundai i20 Active, the car has shared its underpinnings with the hatch. The company has abundantly added plastic cladding to the exterior body, with an increased ground clearance, while keeping a cross appearance. Some changes have been done to the front, interiors and rear portion of the car. The front fascia gets a new bumper, new skid plate and large fog lamps. The rear portion of the car has been slightly modified with silver skid plate, new bumpers and circular reflectors. Bigger alloy wheels contribute towards a more crossover-like appearance.
