Land Rover Discovery Sport launched in India for Rs. 46.10 lakh

The much awaited stylish premium SUV Discovery Sport has finally been launched for Rs 46.10 lakh (Ex-showroom, Mumbai). The new Discovery Sport has been launched in four new variants - S, SE, HSE and HSE Luxury. The sleek bending headlamp cluster compliments the masculine Land Rover grill, thereby offering an aggressive stance on the front. The integrated spoiler and the jet inspired taillights further adds-on to the overall appeal.

The newly launched Discovery Sport is loaded with advanced safety features like Roll Stability Control (RSC), Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and Hill Descent Control (HDC). Under the hood the SUV gets a four cylinder 2.2-Litre engine in two forms – TD4 and SD4. The nine speed automatic transmission drives power to the four-wheel drive system. The SD4 trim generates about 187bhp with 400Nm of torque, whereas the TD4 trim generates about 148bhp with 400Nm of torque. The S, SE and HSE variant shall be powered by the TD4 variant, whereas the top-of-the line HSE luxury shall receive a SD4 engine.

The top of the line HSE Luxury model also gets exciting interior shade of Tan/Ebony. The vehicles are available through 22 authorized outlets in the country Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi (at Janpath & Mathura Road), Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Kochi, Karnal, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune and Raipur.
