      Lamborghini proclaims to develop new Huracan LP 610-4 Super Trofeo

      Luxury auto maker, Lamborghini has proclaimed its plan to develop a new Huracan LP 610-4 Super Trofeo race car. The company has not revealed any details about the car that is yet in inception stage, but they did confirm that the company will aid help from renowned drivers Fabio Babini and Adrian Zaugg for the development of the new vehicle. The luxury auto firm also proclaimed that the new car will also be used in all three Blancpain Super Trofeo series to be conducted in Europe, Asia and North America.

      Since the new model is yet under inception stage, therefore there is no detail out on the engine configuration of the vehicle; however the standard model comes powered with the robust 5.2 litre V10 powertrain that generates a maximum power output of 610 PS and a peak torque of 560 Nm. A seven-speed dual clutch transmission is mated to the robust motor and an all-wheel drive system is also equipped in the vehicle. The powerful motor enables the vehicle to sprint from 0 to 100 kmph within a short time of 3.2 seconds, and touch a top speed of 325 kmph.
