      KTM RC 200 and RC 390 coming to India soon

      Austrian bike manufacturer KTM has been pretty active in the Indian market in 2013. Its association with Bajaj Auto, one of the most popular brands in the country, is beginning to bear fruit as KTM products are gaining prominence slowly and steadily. This company recently made headlines as the price of the Duke 390 was increased by around Rs. 7000. KTM Duke 390 model has earned great acclaimed from critics and customers throughout the country. Hoping to gather more momentum in India, KTM is going to bring two more products to India. Seeing the rise in demand for super bikes in India, the Austrian company will be looking to launch RC 200 and RC 390 models soon. A part of the Supersport category, these bikes are 'coming soon to India', according to the official website of KTM. As of now, nothing has been declared by company officials as far as the launch dates of RC 200 and RC 390 are concerned.

      KTM RC 390 is a super bike that has received praises from critics and motorcycle aficionados throughout the world because of its outstanding style. The most noticeable fact about this bike is its twin headlight system, which symbolises true racing attributes. Aerodynamically efficient and equally attractive blinkers have been integrated into the mirror structure. The body framework and thin tail of RC 390 add further to the attractiveness of the entire package. Ergonomics are really important for any bike customer as they directly affect the body. The USP of this bike is the contactless fully electronic ignition system that comes with digital ignition timing.

      The appearance of KTM RC 200 is quite similar to that of RC 390 and comes with the same features. This bike is tailor-maid for racing enthusiasts as it boasts of several performance enhancing attributes. RC 200 is equipped with forged aluminium triple clamps that not only add to its appearance but improve racing abilities as well. Other than this, RC 200 is integrated with a pillion ride seat that ensure complete comfort and an excellent riding position. Also, the braking system of this model enhances precision levels of control and handling. However, the real highlight of RC 200 is its state-of-the-art engine that features twin overhead camshafts, electronic fuel injection system and a balancer shaft. This 200 cc engine propels the bike to generate an output of 25 bhp, which is quite impressive.

      Industry experts feel that the ability of these products is likely to strike a chord with customers in the Indian market. Many are speculating the fact that KTM is going to showcase RC 390 and RC 200 at Auto Expo 2014. In recent times, prominent firms like Harley-Davidson and Triumph have spoken about their plans for the Indian market and are hoping to make increase market share in the future.
