Indian Motorcycle has finally launched the Indian Chief Dark Horse at a staggering price of 21.99 lakhs INR (ex-showroom, Delhi). This bike was revealed on the occasion of Progressive International Motor Show located in Chicago. The US-based manufacturer has immediately declared the price for the Indian market. Indian Motorcycle has started launching its bikes in India. The first one to be launched was the Indian Roadmaster. Now, the Indian Chief Dark Horse is the latest addition to its product portfolio.
The bike is powered by the identical 1811 cc engine, which was utilised in the Chief Classic. The new model is totally covered in a sinister looking matte black finish, from one end to the other. A ‘Chief’ logo adorns the fuel tank and looks bold on the black matte body. Dial-exhaust system has been installed on the bike, which gives in a growling sound when ignited. The net torque, which is produced from the 1811 cc mill, is 139 Nm. Gear transmission is smooth with six different alternatives to send power to the rear wheel. A plethora of accessories are available with the main bike, which only adds to the cruiser bike’s appeal in the long run. In total, there are approximately 40 different options available when it comes to accessorising.
