      Hyundais New Campaign to Serve Its Customers

      Hyundai Motors India Limited has launched its ‘Always Around’ campaign for its customers across India beginning May 23. This is the fourth successive year that the company has launched this campaign providing free vehicle checkups for its customers at various locations across India.

      Last year, more than 85,000 vehicles were screened and checked at more than 6000 locations across the country. This year also the campaign has been launched at 6500 locations and approximately more than 90,000 vehicles are expected to be screened. The campaign will end by December 2010.

      The campaign offers 17 point check up for its customers along with vehicle polishing at its outlets. It will also offer oil top-up and a thorough examination of the vehicle and services such as tyre and vehicle polishing and coolant. The mega ‘Hyundai Always Around’ campaign will be conducted at various locations which customers in their normal course of life frequent on an everyday basis like joggers park, shopping malls, multiplexes, select residential blocks, etc.

      These campaigns also serve as a great means for the company to reach out to its customers personally and get their feedbacks, comments and suggestions.
