Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL), the completely owned subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company, is all set to launch the facelifted version of its i20 in the Indian auto market. The car will be officially unveiled at the upcoming Geneva Motor show. As per reports, the car will be launched in Indian market by April 2012. The upgraded version of i20 will have attractive exteriors as well as interiors, which will make it better than the existing model.
Front and rear bumpers of i20 are precisely designed that reflects a sporty look. The bumper is equipped with newly designed fog lamps and re-designed holdings, which enhances the overall look of this vehicle. Even the tail lamps of the facelifted i20 are impressive and these provide a trendy look to the rear section.
Other advancements included in the new model include compact headlights, new design alloy-wheel, hexagonal grille, and a much wider chin. All these features make this car more attractive and will help it establish a strong foothold in the market.

Minor changes are made in the interior of i20 to make the car more appealing. The air conditioning system of this vehicle is made more powerful, which will help in dealing with warm weather condition.
As far as engine of this car is concerned, the petrol variant will feature Kappa 2 engine with VTVT, whereas the diesel version will come with the same engine, which is provided in the existing i20. Post launch, the car will deliver tough competition to Honda Jazz and is likely to emerge victorious.
