The net torque output for the car is 402 Nm at the rate 1600 to 3000 rpm. On the other hand, the Duster is powered by a 1461 cc 16V mill, which churns out a maximum of 108.45 bhp at the rate of 4000 rpm. The torque output for the car is 245 Nm at the rate of 1750 rpm. However, when it comes to transmission, the Duster has been provided with a six-speed manual gearbox. On the flip side, the engine of the Mahindra car is mated to a five-speed automatic.
Going by its increased power output and a heavier mill, Mahindra Ssangyong Rexton is priced at 22.1 lakhs INR. On the other hand, Renault Duster is priced at 13 lakhs INR only making it a more affordable option. If you want to take the taste of a FWD option, these cars might just be the best options for you to opt.
