      Triumph Motorcycles Limited, the well appreciated British auto maker, have started accepting booking for its bikes in the Indian auto market. Reportedly, the company's official dealerships are yet to be established in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Sources close to the development process have revealed that Triumph India has offered its complete array of products displayed recently in the country. The report mentioned that these two cities are anticipated to get deliveries before the end of January, whereas the bookings from buyers in Delhi and Mumbai will be catered in the third week of respective month.

      Notably, the auto maker introduced its 10 bikes in the Indian market, which were well accepted by both critics and auto aficionados. It must be noted that the company has adopted both Completely Built Units (CBU) and Completely Knocked Down (CKD) routes to distribute its products in the country. In the Classic line-up, the company has introduced two models, namely Bonneville and Bonneville T100, which are priced at Rs. 5.7 lakh and Rs. 6.6 lakh, respectively. The CKD line-up includes models like Daytona 675 R, Street Triple, Speed Triple and Thruxton, and all these six models will be assembled at Triumph's Manesar facility.

      Triumph Thruxton, Street Triple, Speed Triple and Daytona 675R have been offered for Rs. 6.75 lakh, Rs. 7.5 lakh, Rs. 10.4 lakh and Rs. 11.4 lakh, respectively. The models which will be brought as CBUs are Rocket III Roadster, Tiger Explorer, Tiger 800 XC and Thunderbird Storm. These models are offered for a price of Rs. 20 lakh, Rs. 17.9 lakh, Rs. 12 lakh and Rs. 13 lakh, respectively (all prices are ex-showroom). Industry experts are of a view that Bonneville is something for which Triumph stands, i.e. class and sophistication, perfectly blended with gorgeous appearance. The Bonneville variants are equipped with a performance oriented 865 cc engine, which churns out a maximum power of around 68 bhp.

      Triumph Daytona 675R has been incorporated with a 600 cc engine, which belts out a peak power output of 126 bhp. The Street Triple model is equipped with the same engine, which has been fitted in the Daytona 675R. Moreover, Triumph Rocket III is packed with a highly powerful 2294 cc engine, which will be more powerful than a number of cars currently gliding over the Indian roads.
