Bollywood stars have joined the list of sports bike owners, such as John Abraham, Vivek Oberoi, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Sanjay Dutt and Shahid Kapur, who currently own stylish and powerful bikes.
John Abraham is a bike fanatic and his passion for them is widely known. The actor often goes for late night drives on the city roads riding either his Yamaha R1 1000cc or VMAX 1700cc. The new R1 displays re-designed LED taillights and headlights that add more style to its overall looks. Moreover, Yamaha R1 tops the list of technically advanced bikes in the Indian market, besides being the first open-class production motorcycle.
Keeping the customer preferences in mind, the development team gave rise to an all-new powerful VMAX. It has been affixed by V4 engine that churns a maximum power and torque of 197 hp and 166 Nm respectively. Vivek Oberoi is another Bollywood actor who possesses the sports bike Ducati 1098. The actor was first spotted with his bike while making his way to Hrithik Roshan’s birthday party in January. The Ducati 1098 claims to produce 160 hp of power and a torque of 122.6 Nm. The bike can accelerate 0-97 kmph in less than 3 seconds and has a top speed of 290 kmph.
Neil Nitin Mukesh has also joined the league of bike aficionados as he recently purchased a Ducati 848 sports bike. The 140 hp produced by the Testastretta Evoluzione engine and excellent braking power of Brembo monobloc calipers have defined sports bikes in an all-new way.
The list of Bollywood stars having these sporty machines seems endless and one can expect more names to become a part of it in the near future.
