Although a huge turnout was expected to come to see the actor, the situation became bad when the friends of security guards joined the crowd. They wanted to get a picture clicked with the actor while Ranbir Kapoor was exiting the Expo. The security guards got into a hassle with Ranbir's personal security personnel when the former banged on his car for the picture.
According to a source, Ranbir visited hall number 18 and stayed there for 40-45 minutes. Later, when he was leaving, his car was stopped by Group 4 and CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) security personnel. The source said that guards were eager to pose with the actor but started banging on the car and stopped it from moving when he refused.
