      Audi A3 hatchback India launch in 2015

      German luxury car manufacturer, Audi will launch a series of new products and facelifts in the Indian car market in 2015. Currently, the company is ruling the luxury car segment and is now planning to launch at least 10 new launches in the country.

      Audi India will launch the next generation Audi Q7 through the CKD (Completely Knocked Down) route. The much-awaited 2015 TT would also make its way to Indian market through CBU route. Surprisingly, the company is also considering the A3 hatchback for the country to compete against the likes of BMW 1 Series and Mercedes-Benz A-Class. Audi has recently launched the A3 sedan which has received an excellent response from buyers, thanks to its attractive pricing tag for the entry level variants.

      The Audi A3 hatchback is likely to share its engine lineup with its sedan sibling. The oil burner is the 2.0-litre TDI turbo diesel unit that is capable of producing 143bhp and 320Nm of peak torque. Its gasoline engine would be the 1.8L TFSI unit that produces 180bhp and 250Nm of top torque.

      Audi has just revealed the 2015 Audi Q3 Crossover facelift which will be unveiled in 2015. The vehicle is also likely to come India by late next year. The company will also launch the all-new 2015 A4 sedan in 2015-16. Audi is also aiming to expand its production capacity of its Aurangabad facility from 14,000 CKD kits to 20,000 kits each year.
