Although American car company has not disclosed many details regarding its new Mustang, rumour mill has speculated a lot more things. Industry experts are of a view that the 6th generation model of Mustang will come equipped with an option of 2 engine, namely a 3.7-litre V6 and a 5.0-litre V8. Sources close to the development process have hinted that the 2015 Mustang will be unveiled globally, with roll outs in regions like Dearborn, New York, Los Angeles, Barcelona, Shanghai and Sydney. Speculations are also rife that the car will feature a 2.3-litre turbocharged engine; however nothing is confirmed as of now.

Interestingly, the American auto maker is banking heavily on the marketing of its new Mustang heavily via social media. Ford is building the buzz around as unveiling date is coming closer day by day. According to reports, a 15-day campaign, which started on 19th of November, has been organised by Ford wherein it has invited Mustang fans to upload “photographic stories of inspiration” via hashtag #MustangInspires. Also, the company will be publishing the tagged videos and photos on MustangInspires.com. This campaign is mainly focussing on Facebook, where, as claimed by Ford, Mustang happens to be the most “Liked” model of all time. Moreover, the company will be revealing first teaser images of new Mustang on Instagram. Auto experts believe that all these moves and campaigns will surely help Ford Motor Company to launch its new generation model with much aplomb and flamboyance.
