- The only problem for palio is its Spare parts. Expensive some as well as non availability. Go to your local market. Inquire about Fiat palio some parts cost and availability with status etc from various shops. Take a good mechanic for inspection and then make a deal. Don't hurry that it would be sold soon. Very few takers for palio.
- Palio is one of the best hatches Indians have ever seen (forget the crap maruti's even highly overrated Zen (no original parts available for zen too with dealers and is higly expensive). Go for the palio with eyes closed. Its a good deal for 60000/-.
- I am so upset with the quality of Fiat Palio, post sales service, availability and cost of spares that I am going to convert mine into a garbage dumper that will carry a huge poster that proclaims "Fait kharidane ka dard", and will have it driven 150 kms a day for one month in Delhi. Getting it into mainstream papers and tv channels won't be too difficult, with my great deal of networking in the media. When my men are tired, they could always park the dumper near Fiat's newly opened Caffe.
- Suggested by my friend, i purchased the Fiat Palio Stile 1.1 SLX and i am quite happy by this purchase. It is a compact hatchback, which is no less in terms of style, power and safety. It is loaded with a 1.1L, 1108cc engine, which delivers 51 hp at 5250 rpm whereas the torque churned by the engine of this car is 92 Nm at 2750 rpm. I do not have any complain with the performance of this hatchback even on difficult terrains. In 20.5 seconds, the car can break the barrier of 100 kmph and it can attain top speed of 132 kmph. Regarding the mileage of this car, I am quite satisfied as it offers me average of 11.9 kmpl in the city and 15.5 kmpl on highways. Comfort has never been a cause of concern as the car has various attributes like AC, power steering, and cushioned seats. Some features of this car which provides convenience to me during the drive includes remote fuel lid opener, tachometer, digital clock, remote tail gate opener, heater, central locking, and magazine pockets. Further, the Fiat Palio Stile 1.1 SLX is extremely spacious with sufficient legroom and headroom. I can also carry some luggage during journey.
- There is a wide range of hatchback cars in the Indian car market. I wanted to purchase a car belonging to one of the reliable brands. After doing some research and a few test drives, I decided to buy Fiat Palio Stile Multijet. Three major reasons prompted me to buy Fiat Palio Stile Multijet. Its availability in diesel, the engine's performance and a good mileage, are the three main reasons for purchasing Fiat. I have driven around in my Fiat for almost 6 months now and have not faced any difficulties. The Fiat I have purchased is in the carbon black colour. Fiat Palio Stile Multijet 1.3SDX is fitted with a 4 cylinder, DOHC 4 valves, DRDI engine having a displacement of 1248 cc. It generates a decent power of 74 hp at 4000 rpm, whereas the torque is 184 Nm at 2000 rpm. Handling the Fiat Palio Stile is quite effortless and driving in the city during traffic hours becomes quite easy. It also has most of the necessary safety and security features like side impact beams, energy absorbing collapsible steering wheel, anti-submarine seats, child lock on rear doors and fire prevention system. Double crank prevention system, reverse gear lock, rear neck rests and high mounted stop lamp are a few more safety features. This Fiat Palio is according to me one of the better Fiat brands in the market.
- fiat palio is a pleasure to drive and is meant for people who have a passion for driving ,it is not meant for people who just commute from one place to other so go for it only if u have passion for speed ,cars and can find time and money to afford ur choice ,otherwise go for any maruti or hyundai model which definitely are lighter on ur pocket.my choice go for palio 1.6 ,its a beast.
- Please do not make the mistake of taking a 9 year old Palio. Instead I would advise you take a True Value Certified second hand Maruti car in your budget which comes with a warranty and some free services too. It will surely give you a lot of peace of mind rather than risking with an age old model with hidden unpleasant surprises.
- palio is an excellent car with very good ride and one feels safe while driving at high speeds ,the only concern f.e which lower than other hatch available in india
