Korean carmaker brand Hyundai Motors has been a strong brand name in the Indian automobile market. Cars from the Hyundai’s production line have been known for distinctive styling that is based on Fluidic inspired philosophy. Following the strong legacy, Hyundai is expected to launch the face lifted version of its popular up market sedan Elantra sometime soon next year. Reportedly the upcoming version may be rechristened as 'Neo Fluidic Elantra'. On numerous occasions the face lifted version has been spotted undergoing road-test in India. The recently launched i20 Elite hatchback has been a popular pick among the urban population.
Designing aspect from Hyundai has always been impressive and the upcoming Hyundai Elantra shall continue to carry a stylish and performance oriented appeal. The sedan shall be based on the Fluidic 2.0 design philosophy that has been Hyundai’s forte for its production line across the globe. Apart from sporty headlamps mated with daytime running lights, the new Elantra shall also sport redone hexagon-shaped grille that has received a dash of Chrome element. Apart from the front, the rear bumper section of Elantra shall also be tweaked to carry the sporty appeal. Technical specifications for the in-progress Hyundai Elantra is not known for now. But it is believed that the upcoming vehicle shall be based on similar engine configurations.
Hyundai India has not spoken about pricing details for now, but it is anticipated that Hyundai may position the car in Rs. 8 – 12 Lakhs segment. As for the Interiors, the upcoming Hyundai Elantra is expected to be refined further and render an upmarket feel. The suspension might as well be tweaked to deliver a smoother and refined drive quality. The driving dynamics are expected to be improved considerably from the existing fleet. The rear tail-light might as well receive smartly positioned tail-light assembly for better visibility and addition style appeal.
