The Pulsar 150 from Indian bike-maker Bajaj is most commonly sighted on local streets. The bike has been present for over a decade now has received many upgrades and facelifts almost every alternate year since the time it was launched in the country. News has been doin rounds that Bajaj may usher in the latest NS variant in the country sometime soon. On numerous occasions, the Pulsar 150 NS has been spotted undergoing tests on Indian roads. Till date the NS styling has only been carried by the 200 variant. This time around Bajaj intends on rendering the naked design design to the Pulsar 150 variant as well.

Exact engine specification for the Pulsar 150 NS is not known for now but it is anticipated that the bike may be powered by 149 cc engine that generates about 15.06PS of power at 9000 Rpm with 12.5 Nm of peak torque at 6500 RPM. The fairly powered engine is mated to five speed gearbox. It is worth noting that the embossing on the engine reads as triple-spark tech, thereby suggesting an engine upgrade on the new Pulsar 150 NS. The bike has retained the kick start and electric start pattern.

Designing cues for Pulsar 150 NS have been borrowed from the 200 NS sibling and shares some common components like the foot pegs, alloy wheels, swing-arm, crash guards, clip on handlebar, instrument cluster and turn indicators. The pillion foot rest seems to be borrowed from the Pulsar 135 LS variant. Sources have also hinted a possibility of 180 Pulsar being launched in a similar avatar. Bajaj chooses to be tight lipped about the fresh launch for now and may be talk about in detail during an official launch of the motorcycle sometime later in the country.
