Toyota Kirloskar Motor currently offers the model in both, petrol and diesel variants, priced between Rs12.09 lakh and Rs16.37 lakh (petrol), and Rs12.80 - 16.24 lakh (diesel) (ex-showroom, Delhi). According to SIAM, TKM sold a total of 2,972 units of the Corolla Altis in this fiscal, indicating a drop of 29.47% from the previous year's sales records.

According to industry sources, the upcoming 2014 Corolla Altis’s engine and transmission line up will mostly remain the same except for the CVT automatic gearbox, which will get a boost in the department of fuel efficiency. In all probability, it will sport the same 1.8 litre petrol mill. Whereas, the diesel variant is likely to be more powerful than the existing 1.4 litre engine.

As for the exterior and interior features, the 11th generation of one of Toyota's best-selling car will get a 75 mm increase in terms of wheelbase, which in turn, will account for additional space inside. Furthermore, the interiors will receive extensive updates with a new dashboard and instrumentation cluster.
