Hyundai has been a prevailing company in the automobile industry and has formed a special place in the hearts of the people. With this prevailing trust, they are planning to launch a new 2015 edition of one of their bestselling cars, the Hyundai Santa Fe.
Santa Fe will be available in two models that are Santa Fe Sport and Santa Fe Long Wheelbase. With many minor changes adding up to cause a significant change, the new Santa Fe will be having an improved and well-engineered chassis increasing the aerodynamics of the automobile.
Along with these improvements, a new 32-bit microprocessor to improve the power steering experience of the drive. To improve the feel of the ride, the front wheel bushings and the rear wheel suspension has been improvised, leading to a smoother ride.
This car would still be available in 5, 6 and 7-seater options. The power transmission and the powertrain is in many ways similar to the older version of the Santa Fe, consisting of a 2.2L 4 cylinder diesel engine which is able to produce 197 PS of power and 436 Nm of torque. The car is also equipped with the option of having a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission system. The car also comes with an option of a 4 Wheel Drive capable of generating more power.
The Santa Fe Long Wheelbase (LWB) will have an upgraded 3.3L V6 engine, which will be capable of producing 290 HP of power. The customers of India will still have to wait a little longer if they want to buy this car as it is proposed to be launched in the Indian market by the end of 2015 or the beginning of 2016.
