After the success of the old Hayate, the popular commuter motorcycle from Suzuki, the Japanese brand is looking forward to launch a refreshed version of this bike. The new model will boast of a number of cosmetic changes while the mechanical portions are identical to what was present in the previous. It is expected that the new model will get as many buyers once released, if not more.

The new version of this model will be provided with a new fully painted side cowl, which will also feature attractive graphics. This is the major point of difference that will immediately attract the customer's eyes. Tubeless tyres with much broader rims have been introduced by the brand in the new Hayate. The normal interface for the rider, with white and black dials and an analogue speedometer remains identical. No modifications have been made to the front headlamp, which remains nicely installed in the front fairing.

The new bike will continue having a 112 cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that will produce a power of 8.3 bhp. The maximum torque output will be of 8.8 Nm and the engine will be mated directly to a four-speed gearbox. Just like the old model, the newer version will also feature a tubular frame chassis with telescopic suspension on the front and a coil spring with a swing arm on the rear. A fuel tank, which has a capacity of 8.5 litres, has been installed. It has a reserve capacity of two litres.

The bike comes in a total of six attractive colours – pearl mira red, metallic lush green, glass sparkle black, pearl moonstone grey, pearl mirage white and black sparkle black. With all these fancy names and renewed outlook, the Japanese brand might be capable to encourage more buyers to opt for this motorcycle. It will be pitted against other common bikes like the Hero Splendor Plus, Bajaj Discover, Honda Dream Yuga and Dream Neo. It is expected that the new Hayate will hit the streets during the upcoming festive season.
