Back in July last year Maruti Suzuki launched the Nexa premium dealership network in the country. For now, the S-Cross and the Baleno are sold via Nexa outlets. However, until now customers from Nexa had to service their cars at regular Maruti service outlets, which will soon change as company plans to begin exclusive service outlets dedicated for the Nexa customers soon.

Currently, Nexa customers can get their cars serviced by three means – call up their relationship manager and get the car serviced at home; have the car picked up and taken to the workshop for service and maintenance and have it delivered the same day or, the customer goes over to the workshop with the relationship manager ensuring that the owner has the same level of premium treatment at the workshop too.

In about next three years, the company anticipates 15 per cent of total sales to come from Nexa outlets, therefore introducing exclusive service outlets for Nexa does not seem to be a bad option. As of now, Maruti has about 127 Nexa dealerships in the country and moving forward the company plans to have 123 more outlets this year. Till date, over 70,000 car units have been sold via the Nexa outlet. By October this year, the Maruti Ignis and the Baleno RS will also be sold via Nexa dealerships.
