Maruti Suzuki is offering the Swift and the Swift DZire with dual airbags in all its variants. The premium hatchback and the compact sedan are the highest selling vehicles in their segment and Maruti Suzuki will be offering all the variants with dual airbags as an optional feature.
As buyers are more concerned about safety of their loved ones, a majority of automakers are now offering airbags as a standard feature on most of their vehicles including the base model. The Swift and DZire are the highest selling premium hatchback and compact sedan and Maruti has announced it will now offer these features as a standard.
The new generation Swift and DZire were launched in 2011 and both have recently got a facelift also. Now, both offer additional features like keyless entry, push start and stop, bluetooth connectivity and even reverse parking sensors. These additional features have made the Swift and DZire even better value for money offerings.
Maruti Suzuki is already offering the Baleno with dual airbags and ABS as a standard feature across all the variants. This has showcased that Maruti Suzuki is moving towards safety of theit buyers.
