It seems that Harley-Davidson is getting ready to take centre stage at the upcoming 2012 New Delhi Auto Expo. The event will be the biggest ever in Asia and will see the stalls of 50 companies being thronged by auto enthusiasts over a period of five days. The landmark event will allow the company to showcase its unique culture and lifestyle elements to the Indian audiences.

The iconic automobile manufacturer has decided to create a set that is reminiscent of an industrial warehouse at the Expo, a representation of the raw style that defines its powerful motorcycles. Harley-Davidson will put its stock as well as customised motorcycles on display, emphasising on the fact that ‘no two Harley-Davidson’s are the same’ and ‘every customer is a custom’. Harley-Davidson, which made its official entry in India just two years ago, offers over 5000 components and accessories to buyers to turn their vehicle into their dream machine. Auto enthusiasts can also opt for official apparel and riding gear to keep their exclusive Harley experience on the bike as well as off it.

Harley-Davidson will also make music a part of its legacy in India as auto aficionados will be able to enjoy the performances of Delhi-based rock band 'Circus' and Mumbai-based Rock-n-Metal band 'Split'. The company will also organise a series of fashion shows, wherein models will be draped in Harley-Davidson's Indian range of motor clothes and merchandise. The manufacturer will also exhibit its Pink Label Range, the clothing and accessory line offered by the company to support breast cancer research.

Those who visit the Harley-Davidson stall at the 2012 New Delhi Auto Expo will get the chance to meet Ray Drea, Vice President of Styling at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, along with Frank Savage, Manager of Industrial Design. While the former will talk about styling and design at the company, the latter will reflect upon his experience regarding product development and customisation.

Harley Davidson has been working in India since 2009, while launching its first dealership in July 2010. Its line-up consists of 15 motorcycles that are sold in India through an exclusive network of 6 authorised dealerships. Globally speaking, the motorcycle maker enjoys an unparalleled position and has become a benchmark for biking enthusiasts across the world.
