The introduction of high-end brands in the Indian motorcycle market has changed a lot of trends and started activities of a large variety. In the first place, the awareness among riders has increased regarding bikes; a lot of youngsters have started getting involved in biking expeditions across the country. Companies like Harley-Davidson, Triumph, Kawasaki and BMW Motorrad have constantly conduct events all across the country to gather customers and owners of their bikes for interaction and promotion.
One such event that recently happened was conducted by DSK HyRyders, which is the official group of owners of DSK Hyosung motorcycles in the country. The event, conducted on May 10, 2015, saw motorcyclists ride their bikes from Delhi to Gurgaon on 10th May, 2015. Riders, who came from various parts of the region, rode models like GT650R, Aquila Pro, ST7, Aquila 250 and GTR250R.
Flagging off of this ride took place early morning of May 10, 2015, by dealer principal Rohit Gupta, who hailed from DSK Hyosung’s dealership located in Okhla Phase 2. Due to the non-presence of traffic and the tranquillity, participants quite enjoyed the 30 km ride. As a measure of safety, dos and don’ts were discussed in the morning over breakfast by the club in Gurgaon. According to sources, the owners and organisers are willing to hold many such events in the future, considering how well this one went.
