      Cars launched in November, Month of budget and super luxury cars

      Indian automobile market is considered to be one of the strongest across the globe. Global automakers consider this market to have great potential across budget and luxury cars. The month of November kicked off with the launch of Alto K10 hatchback from Maruti Suzuki and last week Rolls Royce announced the launch of Ghost Series II in the country. Whereas Mercedes Benz has hinted on launching the C-Class sometime by the end of this month.

      The newly launched Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 has been launched in a total of about six trims, five of which is in manual, whereas one trim would be available with AMT (Automated Manual Transmission). Coming from budget friendly Alto family, the K10 has been offered at a price tag between Rs 3.06 lakh to Rs 3.81 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Engine specification has been left untouched for now and the hatchback sports a new stylish exterior and interior. Moreover, the new trim boasts of better fuel efficiency of 24.07 kmpl owing to a remapped ECM system.

      Rolls Royce, as the name suggests is known to deliver high-end upmarket cars for the global markets. Last week, Rolls Royce has launched the Ghost Series II in the Indian market. The Ghost Series II has been launched at a price tag of Rs 4.5 crore (ex-showroom Mumbai). Speaking about features, the sedan gets new 10.25 inch multimedia screen, Wi-Fi aided infotainment system, various seating position for rear seats and revised instrument cluster tha tis complimented by new wood veneers.

      In the last week of this month, another popular luxury carmaker Mercedes Benz has been planning on launching its C-Class sedan. The sedan sports 3 spoke steering and smartly designed new air-vents. The sedan also gets a new COMAND system that has been installed in the 8.4 inch touch enabled display unit. The basic variant is expected to be offered at a starting price tag of Rs. 33.45 lakhs, whereas the top version may be offered for about Rs. 40.5 lakhs.
