BMW India, the domestic arm of German luxury car maker, has inaugurated a new Infinity Cars dealership in Mumbai, located at Maker Chamber- 6, 1-B, Ground Floor, Nariman Point. The new dealership of BMW India is headed by Pooja Chaudhry, the Managing Director of Infinity Cars. Expressing his delight at the inaugural ceremony, the President of BMW Group India, Philipp von Sahr was quoted as saying, “As part of our vision for sustainable growth, BMW India is committed towards strengthening the BMW dealer network of international standards at all important commercial centres across the country. We will continue to invest in our network to cater to the growing clientele and are happy to add one more location to spread JOY in the financial capital of India.”
The new facility spreads across an area of 2900 square feet and design of this dealership has been based on the Urban Street Display concept, which happens to be a signature BMW layout. Reportedly, the new Infinity Car showroom showcases 3 models in urban street display style. Adding to his apartment, Philipp von Sahr further said, “Five years ago, BMW changed the face of Indian luxury car segment and set a decisive course with introduction of world-class premium dealerships that presented an unparalleled experience to the premium clientele. By end of 2014, BMW India will aggressively expand its dealer network by increasing the number of sales outlets to fifty across major metropolitan centres and emerging markets in India from thirty-four at present.”
At the inaugural ceremony, Pooja Chaudhry said, “Our partnership with BMW India started six years ago and since then every year has been full of success and tremendous growth. As we enter 2013, we are proud to take our relationship with BMW India to the next level. With the launch of a new showroom at Nariman Point, Infinity Cars will get the opportunity to reach out to more of our valued customers in the city. Infinity Cars was introduced in the year 2006 and since then, it has been representing the German auto maker in Mumbai and Indore. Along with the newly introduced showroom, Infinity Cars has its one main showroom at Worli. In order to provide class leading after sales support to the BMW customers, Infinity Cars has established four workshops in Worli, Mahalaxmi, Chembur and Navi Mumbai. It must be noted that Infinity Cars employs around 300 people, who have rich experience in sales, service, spare parts and business systems. Also, the company ensures that the BMW customers receive best-in-class ownership experience. Along with, a special team of sales and service personnel have been employed at the training centres of BMW in Malaysia, Singapore and Germany.
