Chevrolet has showcased the 2017 Essentia along with the Beat Activ concept at the 2016 Auto Expo event in the country. based on the Beat platform, both the vehicles have been designed to suit the taste and needs of the Indian market. Speaking more on the occasion, GM Executive Vice President and President of GM International Stefan Jacoby said, “GM India is prepared to grow under a new leadership team along with new investment and an all-new product strategy. We believe in long-term potential of the Indian market.”
The Beat Activ on the other hand explores the youth’s desire for fun filled cars that reflects their personality and meets challenges of tough Indian environment. Both the cars are loaded with state-of-art connectivity and technology including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and chevy’s latest MyLink Infotainment system. Occupants can control applications with a touch of a button.
Both the cars show company’s commitment towards strengthening customer experience and enhancing service and dealer network.
