The new Honda City is claimed to be better in performance, convenience and comfort.
Taking a look at these latest spy shots of Honda City, the car is carrying a number of changes at the exterior including newly styled front and rear bumpers, new design grille that carries some similarities with the grille of Honda Accord, new tail lamps, newly designed side view mirrors, and new design alloy wheels. The top of the line variants Honda City VMT/ VAT are expected to be carrying a sunroof.
However, the changes will mostly be cosmetic, as the new Honda City will be all same at heart, carrying the same 1.5L i-Vtec engine that generates a peak power of 116bhp. With the launch of new face-lifted Honda City in the Indian market in coming months, the company is looking forward to strengthen the position of this iconic car in the Indian market against its new rivals like Volkswagen Vento, Hyundai Verna Fluidic and Toyota Etios.
