      Unsung heroes of Indias transportation sector to be felicitated at the inaugural Mahindra Navistar Transport Excellence Awards 2011

      Mahindra Navistar Automotives Limited (MNAL) will be honouring heroes of India’s transportation sector at the Mahindra Navistar Transport Excellence Awards 2011 to be held in New Delhi. The inaugural award event by the automaker, a part of US $ 14.4 billion Mahindra Group, will award personnel and entities in five categories. These categories include Fleet Owners, Youth Transport Personality, Fleet Drivers, Commercial Vehicle Financiers, Highway Dhabas and Not-for-Profit Entities. The award event recognises and rewards outperformance, excellence, innovation and change leadership in the transport ecosystem.

      Referring to the award event, Mr. Nalin Mehta, Managing Director, Mahindra Navistar Automotives Limited, said, “ By instituting the Mahindra Transport Excellence Awards 2011, we are honouring those who move the lifeline of our country, day and night.
