Jeep is planning to showcase the latest iteration of the Cherokee at the Detroit Motor Show in January 2018. The carmaker has already previewed the changes on the SUV of which the most prominent ones have been listed below.
Fascia and engine options - Up front, you will notice the nose job on the Cherokee that makes it look similar to the other Jeep siblings. And under the hood, will be a new and more fuel-efficient engine line-up, specifications of which will be revealed at the motor show.
Updated rear - The SUV gets some changes at the back too even if the overall design looks to be the same. The license plate has now been moved from the bumper to the tailgate of the vehicle.
Electronic upgrades - The cabin layout and design remains the same as its predecessor. However, we are expecting the automaker to bring in electronic updates including smartphone app compatibility and more on these lines.
