Skoda recently launched a new special edition of the Kushaq, known as the Onyx Edition, at a price tag of Rs. 12.39 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. This new edition is placed between the Active and Ambition Classic variants.
In terms of exterior changes, the Kushaq Onyx Edition gets unique graphics on door panels, Onyx badging on the B-pillar, chrome accents on the front grille, and new design plastic covers for the 16-inch wheels. Inside, the cabin gets a dual-tone interior with ‘Onyx’ embossed on the headrests and scuff plates.
As for the features, the Onyx Edition is equipped with a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, a height-adjustable driver seat, automatic climate control, LED projector headlamps, cornering fog lamps, rear wiper, rear defogger, and a six-speaker sound system.
Under the hood, this special edition is only offered with the 1.0-litre engine that produces 114bhp and 178Nm of torque. As for the transmission, the engine comes mated to a six-speed manual unit.
