Lexus has launched a revised model of LS600h which is available only as a hybrid model. There are brand new designing tweaks as well as improvements in the hybrid system. It now gives better throttle response and increases the efficiency of the car. Updated designing changes include LED indicators, a new front grille, front bumper and air intakes.

The Lexus Hybrid Drive system has been revised to meet Euro V exhaust emissions standards but the five-litre V8 petrol engine and electric motor still produce a combined maximum of 439bhp. It gives a 0-100kmph time of 6.3 seconds, while combined fuel economy and CO2 emissions are provisionally the same as before at 12.92 kmpl and 219g/km.

The air-conditioning unit is smaller than before, as is the battery pack for the electric motor, both of which have enabled Lexus to increase the amount of luggage space in the boot.
