German luxury car manufacturer, Audi has celebrated the 20 years long presence of the A4 sedan. The best selling model was first launched in 1994, and since then the company has sold over 6 million units of the car at the company’s Ingolstadt plant.
The German car manufacturer has also confirmed the arrival of the next generation A4 sedan, which will be developed at the company’s facility in Ingolstadt, Germany. The vehicle is likely to be unveiled next year, while the launch could take place by 2015 end or early 2016.
The next-generation Audi A4 has already spotted several times during its test rounds. It is expected to get several exterior upgrades in the form of new front, alloy wheels and rear profile. Inside the cabin, the vehicle is expected to get a new center console which has been sourced from the facelifted Audi A8, which will be combined with configurable display sourced from the third-gen TT. The other ingredients include a larger touchscreen display with the latest Multimedia system and digital screen on the rear view mirror.
