Internationally popular i30 model from Hyundai has been spotted in its new look undergoing road test in Nurburgring. Much details about the vehicle is unknown for now as the one spotted had been heavily camouflaged to avoid revealing its design upgrades. For now, the revised grill is hard to miss on the upcoming model.
The Next-Gen i30 is expected to be slightly better performing than the current generation. The recently launched i30 Turbo shall continue to be powered by 1.6-litre 'Gamma' GDI petrol engine that generates about 183bhp of power. The regular i30's shall continue to be offered in petrol as well a diesel trims with some tweaks.
More details on the pricing aspect and technical specifications may be known at a later date. The Next-Gen i30 is expected to be launched sometime in 2017 sometime after the launch of the new Elantra. Loaded with modern amenities, the vehicle is expected to stay upbeat with times.
