All authorised Mercedes-Benz service outlets will be providing a complimentary car check-up from 1 April. This service campaign will GO on till 31 May 2018 as an iteration of Mercedes-Benz India’s ‘Go to Customer’ strategy.
Customers can take advantage of an 82-point car check-up that will be provided during this period. It includes inspection of all electronics and electrical systems, fluid levels, brakes and tyres. The air-conditioning system will also be thoroughly checked by a special team certified by Mercedes-Benz. Customers will be provided with special offers for AC cleaning services.
Furthermore, customers visiting the service station during this service campaign can avail various benefits on accessories and lifestyle collection items too. This service initiative will help all Mercedes-Benz customers and should add to a good customer experience.
