In order to insulate its customers from the recent price hike announced on 23rd May 2012, Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has come up with the new 'Petrol Price Lock Assurance' scheme. The buyers of petrol variants of Eon, Santro, i10, i20, Accent and Verna can avail attractive discounts under this offer.
With this offer, the company aims to protect the customers from the fuel hike over the next seven months. This scheme, which can be availed till 31st May 2012, is offered besides the '5-Star Assurance Program' offer for the Santro and i10 announced in the early weeks of May 2012. Under this initiative, the South Korean car maker offered 360 degree services to the customers, varying from maintenance to roadside assistance.
About the new discount scheme, Director - Marketing and Sales, Hyundai Motor India Limited, Arvind Saxena, commented, "The Petrol Lock Scheme will insulate the customer from the impact of the price hike. The price hike is severe and we need to soften the blow for our customers."
