Hero MotoCorp, which is the largest two-wheeler manufacturer in the world, has started venturing online, during Google’s Great Online Shopping Festival recently. In a matter of 72 hours of the sale, which was set up by Google, the company was able to market nearly 700 bikes. The last day showed the majority of the sales with nearly 500 bikes being marketed in the last 8 hours. It definitely shows the prospect of bikes being sold online in the near future. Snapdeal is the only portal, which sells bikes from Mahindra & Mahindra Scorpio two wheelers and SUVs.

This offer was launched on December 10, and the bikes, which were included in the line-up, were Xtreme, Hunk, Ignitor, Glamour, Passion, and Splendour. Apart from these, Pleasure scooter was also available on the sale. The pricing of these models was the same as offline dealerships.
