Italian car maker Fiat has gone ahead to take the covers off its Fiat 500 model, which has got several updates in terms of design, technology and features. It was being reported that Fiat 500 will be unveiled with a completely new look but that is not the case. This car has received a large number of changes but a lot of features still remain the same. According to reports, this car will enter showrooms in the month of September this year and could be priced at around £10,890.

The unveiling of Fiat 500 was strategically done on July 4th, as it is Independence Day in the United States of America and it is a big market for them. Also, it was only eight years after the unveiling of the first edition of the 500 model that this took place.

Fiat has kept in tandem the retro ethos of the 500 model and yet has given this model a good redesign. Xenon unit options have been provided in the main headlamps and the LED items have been used in place of halogen daytime running lights. One of the most prominent additions in the Fiat 500 is a dual-bar top grille, which features the combination of air intake and changed bumper.

The customisation options have also been increased in Fiat 500 and customers can now avail new body work option.
