Reports indicate that the 2019 Toyota Supra will be powered by a 3.0-litre, six-cylinder engine that generates 335bbhp of power at 5,500rpm and 450Nm of torque at 1,380-5,200rpm. It is believed that an eight-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox might be on offer. It is believed that the vehicle is capable of sprinting 0-100kmph in just about 3.8-seconds. The upcoming Supra is being co-developed with BMW and will share couple of parts from the upcoming BMW Z4.

Based on what can be seen, the vehicle gets large air intakes somewhat inspired by the Toyota's FT-1 concept which was revealed back at the 2014 Detroit motor show. The rear gets slim LED taillight and sporty spoiler which tapers upward for maximum downforce. The reports claims that the new Supra measures 4,380mm in length, 1,855mm wide, 1,290mm height and will have a wheelbase of 2,470mm. As compared to the 1993 Supra, the new model is 45mm wider, 15mm taller and 80mm shorter. Interestingly, the new model is also 14kgs lighter than the previous generation Supra at 1,496kgs.

Additional details about the 2019 Toyota Supra will be known during its official unveiling at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show.
