Isuzu has upgraded the D-Max for 2017 and is now gearing up to put this new model on the roads in the UK.

The highlight upgrade on the 2017 D-Max is a new 1.9-litre turbo diesel engine that puts out 164bhp and 360Nm of torque. The engine builds upon D-Max’s workhorse character and retains the 3.5 tonne towing capacity and 1 tonne payload.
The key benefit of this new engine is that it meets Euro 6 standards which is crucial for future sales aspects. The 2017 model also gets shift on the fly 4x4 with a rotary dial allowing the driver to select four-wheel drive on the move as well as low range gears.
The D-Max is also sold in the Indian market. Besides it, Isuzu also sells the now popular V-Cross which is a proper lifestyle vehicle with a decently sized flatbed and seating for five occupants.
