The cute and sporty Beetle from Volkswagen gets all the more colorful at the 2015 New York Auto Show. The German carmaker showcased the Beetle Concept R-Line, Cabriolet Denim concept, Pink Edition concept and the Cabriolet Wave concept at the event. The concepts are reportedly designed to cater the needs of different markets and indeed present it as a fashion accessory rather than making it just a mere mode of transportation.
Stonewashed Blue shade has been offered on the Cabriolet Denim concept that reminds of the classic Beetles from 70's – 90's. The darker soft-top makes it all the more stylish and appealing. The Pink Edition is meant to lure female customers and the shades have also been extended to its interiors. The Beetle Cabriolet Wave is a convertible concept that has received bright shade of Habanero Orange. The Cabriolet Wave trim shall be offered from mid-2015 onwards. The fourth trim is the R-Line concept that brings out performance at its best. Powered by 217bhp 2.0-litre petrol engine, the trim is indeed an impressive performance.
