            The car looks great on paper, but in reality it has been badly let down by its sub par post sales customer experience. My car is barely a year old but it has been to the workshop 6 times already on account of a break pad issues (it has been changed once), there is a weird sound as if the car is going to break when one turns to the maximum at low speeds and there is a weird hissing sound from the a/c. Till date, their workshop is either too incompetent or cheap to take any corrective measures and they keep resorting to half baked tactics such as 'greasing / cleaning' hoping that the problem will go away.
