Nano hi Nano ne 26 KMPL diya hai!
An incredible AC, a fabulous music system, front power windows, excellent seats, amazing leg space, tremendous agility, unparalleled parking in tiny spaces, really great pickup, tubeless tyres, great headlights, secret luggage compartments where lots of things can be safely kept including small attache' cases, and it gives me a mileage of 21 to 23 KMPH in city running in crowded Dehradun, while when I drove it to Delhi recently it gave a mileage of about 20 with the AC on while going and I returned on a cooler day and it gave a mileage of over 25 KMPL without the AC. I think the NANO provided real value for money for the price I paid!
What Can ImproveNot much left to improve in the Nano. Perhaps they can put in power steering which it lacks. It is obviously not as silent as other cars, but considering its size and the power packed into the NANO, I wonder if they can reduce the sound any more - I can't say that there was anything that I disliked about the car - it's a great car. I also have a Tata Manza - but the service in that case has been horrible - despite so many complaints about replacement of the digital speedometre display which did not function ab-initio, Tata Motor's never bothered to reply and has STILL NOT DISPOSED A COMPLAINT OVER 2-3 YEARS OLD - my wife's Tata Manza Number is DL9CZ0912 and it was bought from Tata Techno Dwarka. We are now in Dehradun and Tata expects me to drive it all the way to Delhi/Dwarka so that they repair/change it. Imagine the cheek of that!! I NEVER recommend the Tata Manza - but I do recommend the Tata Nano - of course so far we have not had to call up Tata Motors Service - lets hope it remains that way.
Well Done Tata Motors - you have a winner in your hands
