      Lexus emerges as the top luxury car brand in US, to unveil new concept car on 27th Sep

      Lexus, the luxury vehicle making arm of the world’s leading car maker Toyota Motors, is all set to unveil their new concept car at the upcoming Paris Motor Show. The company will be revealing the images of this new concept car official on 17th September, which will be followed by the world premiere of the vehicle on 27th September.

      The Lexus brand emerged as the number one luxury car maker in US with selling 24,237 cars in the month of August 2012, which is about 34 percent higher as compared to sales registered in the same month last year. However, when undertaking the sales of first eight months of this year, Mercedes Benz is still number one luxury car maker in the country leading the race with 18000 units.

      In a recent statement, Steve Cannon, Head of Mercedes Benz in US, said, "With an all-time record setting year so far and now with exciting product in the pipeline, including the all-new GL-Class currently on its way to dealers across the country, we plan to build on this momentum through the end of the year."
