      Hyundai kicks off its 'Always Around' campaign

      Hyundai, the South Korean auto maker, is well known throughout the country for offering quality services and maintenance facilities to its customers and its vast sales and service network. Adding to this, the company started its 6th national campaign, ‘Always Around’.

      The campaign commenced on June 24 2012, wherein the car maker conducted checkups for all its cars free of cost. ‘Always Around’ will be in operation till December 2012 and will operate through 8,800 touchpoints. In this campaign, the company professionals will also put efforts on weekends to deliver their services to around 1,10,000 busy customers.

      In an earlier campaign, the company’s servicing camp operated from 83,838 different locations, which facilitated the numerous customers throughout the country in getting their Hyundai cars serviced conveniently. The main idea conceived behind such initiatives by Hyundai is to reach out to a large number of its buyers and offer them optimum services without any charges. With the latest campaign, the company is also offering services of hand trained technicians who will provide free advice to the customers regarding a host of engine problems.

      In this initiative, the company is carrying out a 17-point check, which consists of a thorough test of cars, including tyre inspection, vehicle polishing and coolant top-up, among others. In addition to this, the car maker will also put its latest models on display, which potential buyers can take for test drives.

      While flagging off the campaign, Arvind Saxena, Director, Sales & Marketing HMIL, commented, "At Hyundai we always aim at providing our customer with a trouble-free experience right from the sales process. We invest heavily on research for understanding the needs of our customer and accordingly deliver products and put in our best efforts towards after sales services. The 'Hyundai Always Around' campaign is aimed at reinforcing our bond with our valued customers. It has been a great success over the years as we have been witnessing huge response from our large customer base. We are confident that this year as well our customers will benefit from this programme and we will be able to carry forward our relationship to the next level."
