GM India is actively promoting is small car Chevrolet Spark that promises to deliver a mileage of 16 kmpl. Now, GM India is planning to launch an electric variant of Spark and is in talks with Bangalore based company Reva to use their technology to power the new eco-friendly model of Spark.
General Motors India is one of the most successful business entities of the parent company General Motors in the US. GM India had earlier assured investors and customers that it remains unaffected from the situation with the parent company. It had also assured that it shall not only continue its normal business operations in India but will also launch several new models.
