With the launch of the second model of Hyosung GT 650R called the GT 650N, Garware Motors is all-set to cash on the auspicious season, wherein people throng showrooms to make a new buy. GT650 N, where N stands for 'Naked', is a 650cc sports bike that has been made available at a price tag of around Rs. 4.39 lacs.
To boost maximum sales, S&T Motors has offered the bike in 3 vibrant colors namely Red, Black and white. The bike will be available for purchase through Garware Motors dealership network, which would also offer after-sale services to its customers. The latest model was revealed by Diya Garware, Managing Director of Garware Motors, which is responsible for providing premium bikes across India.
The new GT 650 N has raised its bar by effectively intensifying its speed quotient considerably. The sports bike which has been produced in a way that befits the highest racing levels, is backed by an exorbitant speed, bold styling and a very powerful 650CC engine, however, the exteriors of the bike have gone through negligible changes.
GT 650 N has been backed by the force of a 2-cylinder DOHC 8 valve water cooled, electronic fuel injection engine that delivers a displacement of 647 cc. Offering an electric start, the bike manages to churn out 72.68 bhp at 9000 rpm of maximum power and a peak torque of 60.9 Nm at 7500 rpm +/- 250rpm.
The dimensions of GT 650 N speak volumes regarding the overall humongous and bulky look of the bike. With a length, width and height of 2060mm, 740mm, 1090mm respectively, the latest model would surely boast its rider. A wheelbase of 1435mm and a kerb weight of 208 kgs add to the giant appearance of GT 650 N. A ground clearance of 150mm and a seat height of 780mm boost the handling and practicality quotient of the bike. In addition, GT 650 N comprises a 6-gear transmission, front double disc, rear disc, 120/ 70-ZR17 55W front tyre, 160/ 60-ZR17 69W rear tyre and a fuel tank of 17 litre.
