Citroen has released second batch of teaser images of its mystery concept car which will be revealed at the Frankfurt Auto Show in next few days.
The first teaser images of “"Nouveau C3" were revealed on Facebook last week. The images indicated that these were not the standard version of the new C3 or DS3 that have already been revealed. Citroen has released only teaser images but no details of the car have been handed out so far.
The silhouette image reveals the new “mystery car” to be a small city car project, possibly previewing the styling of the next Citroen C1. The new concept car may be the new model from its hybrid technology that Citroen has been trying to push in the market.
Citroen will apply its first hybrid powertrains for powering large cars or models like DS3, DS4 and DS5. They will use the same hybrid system as Peugeot, which will launch the technology first, on its hybrid 308.
