      BMW earns the Sales and Customer Satisfaction award in Indian luxury car segment

      German car-maker BMW has been known for quality and delivering sheer driving pleasure throughout the globe. The car-maker has been in the country for quite a long time now and has been a preferred choice amongst a long list of luxury cars in the country. Coincidentally this is the first time that luxury cars have been considered for survey based on Sales Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction rating in the country.

      Based on survey facts, BMW was awarded the highest rating in “Sales Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction”. The facilitation event was held at Shangri-La’s Eros Hotel in New Delhi on 11th March, 2014. At the event, thrilled Mr. Philipp von Sahr, President, BMW Group India, said, “BMW India is committed towards being the leading luxury car company with ‘Delighted Customers’, ‘Strong Partners’ and most important ‘Sustainable Leadership'.       Mr. Philipp von Sahr, President, BMW Group India and Mr. Stephan Rausch, Director- After Sales, BMW Group India received the award on behalf of the BMW group from Mr. Gerrit Kuyntjes, Vice President and General Manager, JD Power Asia Pacific and Mr. Mohit Arora, Executive Director, JD Power Asia Pacific. The survey conducted was classified on two different segments - luxury and mass market. Record were pulled out to check-on luxury car owners who have visited an authorized dealership service center with regards to maintenance or repair work that had to carried between the first 12 to 24 months of ownership. The German car-maker scored 892 in customer satisfaction, which is the highest in comparison to other luxury car brands in the country.

      BMW
